Ruskin Lodge offers guests a pleasant stay in comfortable rooms within this lovely late Victorian house.

Guest rooms are light and spacious, equipped with a digital TV, radio and DVD player. A kettle is available in each room for tea and coffee making. We encourage visitors to ask if they require anything extra to make their stay more enjoyable.

Guests are given a key upon arrival granting them access to the house during the day.

 

There is off street parking available and a secure garage for storage of bicycles and motorcycles. We also offer an electric car charging point if required.

The Lodge can cater for up to six guests with family or triple rooms and en-suite or private bathroom options. We are happy to discuss and accommodate your requirements. Children under 16 are discounted 50% whilst babies are free of charge and will be equipped with a cot and high chair.

Breakfast is served in the dining room where we offer an assortment of cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt and homemade bread alongside the cooked breakfast you desire. We are able to cater for those with special dietary requirements, just notify us upon arrival!

 

The reception rooms include a cosy lounge and sun-filled conservatory with a selection of books for guests to borrow.

Guests are welcome to relax in the garden and on the first floor balcony when they return from their days of island exploring.

 

Ruskin Lodge has two grand pianos for use by guests.

If you have  an interest in astronomy the dark skies of the West Wight offer superb viewing of the cosmos. Ruskin Lodge is home to a number of refractor and reflector telescopes. Guests are invited to view if conditions permit.

 

Superbly situated in the heart of the West Wight, Ruskin Lodge has easy access to:
