Booking your Accommodation at Ruskin Lodge
Booking into Ruskin Lodge, Freshwater Bay Isle of Wight can be done in a number of ways. Please read the information below carefully.
Preferred method of payment is by BACS.
We accept payment by cheque (payable to "Simon Cooper"), money order or internet bank transfer.

If paying by internet bank transfer, in "Reference" please put your surname and your Ruskin Lodge booking reference number.
PLEASE NOTE: An arrival time needs to be agreed and adhered to. This is to ensure that there is someone at the Lodge to greet you. If for any reason you are unable to arrive at the time agreed then it is important that you inform us of any changes you might wish to make. Failure to do this would mean that access at an alternative time could not be guaranteed.
A deposit of 50% is required to secure a booking.
The deposit is forfeit if the room cannot be re-let following cancellation. If the room is re-let, a £10 admin fee will be deducted and the balance returned.
We strongly recommend obtaining holiday insurance which will cover against cancellation.
Please inform us of any medical conditions such as allergies etc. together with details of any special dietary requirements so we can better provide for your needs.
